This die is used for flat plate punching.
It is suitable for punching hard or thick products that are difficult to process with a flexible die or Thompson blade.
It is also used for prototypes before considering the production of die-cut rolls, and for projects with a small lot.
Product Feature 1 - High Hardness
Generally, die-steel has HRC58-60, but we are also capable of processing with HSS Material up to HRC 63.

Equivalent accuracy to flexible die (tolerance ±0.05) can be achieved.
