The rotary die for the embossing process. We fabricate our machining cutter in-house to achieve a fine embossing pattern. Various surface treatments are available for different materials and the working environment.

・ Surface treatment: Teflon coating, HCr plating, TiN coating, CrN coating, etc.
Embossed roll
The rotary dies for making the embossing and debossing pattern on the material. By adding the embossing pattern, you can add uniqueness and value to your product. We can attain very precise and deeper embossing patterns by processing the latest machining center. Our embossing rolls are for various industries such as molding wallpaper, embossing on diapers and food packaging, etc.
Heat sealing roll
The rotary dies for heat-bonding multiple layers of material. It is for non-woven masks, paper filters for coffee.etc
Creasing roll
The combination of upper and lower rotary dies creates the crease on the paper packs. The upper and lower dies don't touch while processing. You can expect a long life of the tools.
